How did we become THE KANDU BAND?

Formed KANDU in 1982 and went to work as a full-time band immediately
Spent the next 10 years on the road, honing our craft around the US, at resorts, hotels and clubs, from Maine to Key Largo, Santa Barbara, CA to Washington DC.
Came back home to Phoenix for good in the early ‘90s and began playing locally
Concentrated on playing danceable music for a wide audience – what sort of music do you like? Western Swing? Bruce Springsteen? Michael Buble? Neil Diamond? We can play it.
Performed for many private parties, celebrations and conferences at places such as the Biltmore Hotel, Kierland, Carefree Inn, The Sanctuary, Troon North, the Phoenix, Arizona, Paradise Valley, Moon Valley, Union Hills and Sun Lakes Country Clubs, and Wild Horse Pass Resort.
